To further strengthen its digital presence, the startup internet service provider Broadband Everywhere launched a new website.
The new website offers several key features for both prospective and current subscribers. For example, prospective subscribers can check if they’re within our coverage areas in a few minutes. This is through the new map functionality added to the Sign Up for a Demo form on the website. Thanks to this feature, prospective subscribers won’t need to wait for a call from our customer care team just to check on coverage.
Alternatively, prospective subscribers can also manually go through our Locations pages. They can find a list of cities/municipalities and barangays that are covered by our service in this section. Take note, however, that only barangays that are more than 70% covered by our service are listed in this section.
Prospective subscribers can also read through more information about all the respective broadband internet plans that are currently on offer. And should they want to know more about Broadband Everywhere, more details about the company and its distributors are also available in the About Us section. There’s even a Careers section now available for job-seekers, where they can send in their resumes if and when there are vacant positions available in the company.
Meanwhile, current subscribers are not left behind. For starters, many different how-to/user guides are now available on the website in the FAQs section. These cover a wide variety of topics from basic tasks like how to pay one’s Broadband Everywhere bill, to simple troubleshooting guides like what to do when the router won’t turn on. They can also easily go to the self-care (bepersonal.ph) platform just by clicking on Login in the menu bar.
With all these new features and information available on the new website, everyone can look forward to a better experience with Broadband Everywhere.
