Your Broadband Everywhere Account ID, also called the Service ID, is one of the most important pieces of information about your account. After all, you will need to reference it when you need to pay your bill at one of our payment partners or when you contact our Customer Care Team for assistance.
So where do you find your Account ID (Service ID)?
On bepersonal.ph (self-care site)
After you’ve received your Welcome Text and claimed your account on bepersonal.ph, you can simply log in to the site to find your Account ID (also called the Service ID):
On Your Broadband Everywhere Bill
Your Account ID (Service ID) can be also found on your Broadband Everywhere bill, which is sent to your email. It’s located on the left portion of your bill, below our logo:
