Don’t wait for your data to run out! Always check your remaining data so that you can buy additional load and always stay connected. If you don’t know how to check your remaining data for the month, here’s some instructions:

On Self-Service Portal (bepersonal.ph)

1. Log in to your account by clicking here.

If you’ve lost your self-service account details, please get in touch with our Customer Service team by messaging them on Facebook or calling our hotlines 0917-891-6083 (Globe/TM) or 0939-917-5787 (Smart/TNT). Hotlines are only available from 7 AM to 10 PM daily.

2. Go and check the Data Usage section. Here you’ll be able to see your total monthly usage, plus additional load or data that you may have purchased. You will also be able to see the expiry dates for your data in this section.

Tip: Your data consumption will be on a first in, first out basis. This means that your older data will be consumed first, regardless of the expiry date.

Please have your Account ID (Service ID) ready so that our Customer Care agents will be able to check your account.
